Dr. Masoud Mansour, Deputy Minister and Head of FRWO issued a message of condolence on the occasion of the martyrdom of three members of a pastoralist family in forest lands of the Hayqar Strait in Firoozabad, Fars province, where they lost their lives during firefighting operations. The text of the message is as follows:

Indeed, we belong to Allah and indeed we towards Him will return

On this sad day, we have great sorrow and continual grief in our hearts for the sacrifice of three members of a compassionate and committed family in Firoozabad, Fars Province, who lost their lives for the protection and conservation of natural resources and fighting the fires of the forests of the Hayqar Strait.

I hereby sympathize with the rangers all over the country and express my deep condolences on the demise of these pastoralists to the bereaved families, honorable people of Firoozabad city, rangers, pastoralists, NGOs and all people who conserve country's natural resources. May the Good Lord grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
